All Energy Automation Systems, Inc., (EASI) branded products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for three (3) years from date of purchase of the product from Energy Automation Systems, Inc. or from an authorized Energy Automation Systems, Inc. distributor. This warranty is between the end user and Energy Automation Systems, Inc. Any product which is determined by Energy Automation Systems., Inc. to be defective in material is determined by Energy Automation Systems, Inc. and which is returned to Energy Automation Systems, Inc., shipping costs prepaid, will be repaired or replaced at Energy Automation System, Inc.'s option. The repaired or replaced product will be shipped prepaid by Energy Automation Systems, Inc. to the end user. Energy Automation Systems., Inc. shall not be liable for any failure of a product resulting in whole or in part from Acts of Nature; damage caused by failure to provide a suitable installation or operating environment for the product; damage caused by impact with other objects, dropping, falls, spilled liquids, or immersion in liquids; misapplication, abuse, electrical or mechanical conditions not directly created by the product; incorrect installation; or any other circumstances or cause beyond the control of Energy Automation Systems, Inc. in the conduct of its business. During the warranty term replacement products may be provided by Energy Automation Systems, Inc. and shall be either new or reconditioned or reassembled products which are replacement products may be provided by Energy Automation Systems, Inc. and shall be either new or reconditioned or reassembled products which are substantially equivalent to the originally installed product in function and performance and be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty or thirty (30) days from the date of shipment of the replacement product, whichever period is greater. Purchasing any additional products from Energy Automation Systems, Inc. does not extend this warranty period. This warranty is not transferable.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Energy Automation Systems, Inc. (EASI) has made a diligent effort to provide accurate product descriptions in its technical and advertising literature. However, such descriptions are for the sole purpose of identification, and do not express or imply a warranty that the products are merchantable, or fit for a particular purpose, or that the products will necessarily conform to the illustrations or descriptions. The Limited Warranty stated above is the only warranty applicable to the product. All other warranties whether express or implied and including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. The laws in some jurisdictions, however, do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. If these laws apply, then all express and implied warranties are limited in duration to the three-year limited warranty period listed above; no warranties apply after that period. No oral or written information or advance given by Energy Automation Systems, Inc., its agents, assigns, distributors, or employees shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this Limited Warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. The liability of Energy Automation Systems, Inc. (EASI) in all events is limited to and shall not exceed the published manufacturer's suggested list product price.

PROMPT DISPOSITION

Energy Automation Systems, Inc. (EASI) will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustment with respect to any product which proves to be defective within the warranty period. Before returning any product, contact Energy Automation Systems, Inc. to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. All warranty returns must be in accordance with the following procedures:

The EasiLiner provides the benefits of reactive power correction, while virtually eliminating the risks associated with traditional correction methods.

Motorized pieces of equipment are historically inefficient users of electricity contributing to unnecessarily high electrical bills and maintenance costs. Much of the reactive current demanded by lightly loaded motorized equipment is converted to heat throughout a facility's electrical distribution system and can eventually result in equipment damage, repair and replacement costs, and lost production time.

The solution is simple. The EasiLiner provides the benefits of reactive power correction, while virtually eliminating the risks associated with traditional correction methods. The EasiLiner increases the efficiency of a facility's power system, which translates into increased motor functionality marked by a reduction in current. This reduced current draw equates to a reduction in kilowatt-hour resulting from distribution losses in a facility.

In most facilities, distribution losses are a significant contributor to higher energy and maintenance costs. The EasiLiner reduces these losses by canceling most or all of the reactive current demanded by inductive loads such as motors and transformers. By treating these loads with EasiLiner technology, a facility's electrical distribution system becomes more efficient, equipment runs better and lasts longer and operating costs are reduced.

Unlike simple power factor correction capacitors, the EasiLiner does not cause dangerous switching voltage transients in an electrical system. With its input reactor module, EASI's reactive current correction system fully discharges all stored power within 0.3 to 10 seconds from the time connected voltage is removed. As with all EASI power technologies, the EasiLiner will not harm an electrical system. The EasiLiner's components are constructed of self-healing film, containing an inert gas mix of nitrogen and helium - no oils. The EasiLiner introduces no flammable or environmentally unsafe elements into a facility.
