If we can't design an efficiency system for your facility that produces net monthly positive cash flow, we'll give you back any fees you've paid.

All Energy Automation Systems, Inc., (EASI) branded products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for three (3) years from date of purchase of the product from Energy Automation Systems, Inc. or from an authorized Energy Automation Systems, Inc. distributor. This warranty is between the end user and Energy Automation Systems, Inc. Any product which is determined by Energy Automation Systems., Inc. to be defective in material is determined by Energy Automation Systems, Inc. and which is returned to Energy Automation Systems, Inc., shipping costs prepaid, will be repaired or replaced at Energy Automation System, Inc.'s option. The repaired or replaced product will be shipped prepaid by Energy Automation Systems, Inc. to the end user. Energy Automation Systems., Inc. shall not be liable for any failure of a product resulting in whole or in part from Acts of Nature; damage caused by failure to provide a suitable installation or operating environment for the product; damage caused by impact with other objects, dropping, falls, spilled liquids, or immersion in liquids; misapplication, abuse, electrical or mechanical conditions not directly created by the product; incorrect installation; or any other circumstances or cause beyond the control of Energy Automation Systems, Inc. in the conduct of its business. During the warranty term replacement products may be provided by Energy Automation Systems, Inc. and shall be either new or reconditioned or reassembled products which are replacement products may be provided by Energy Automation Systems, Inc. and shall be either new or reconditioned or reassembled products which are substantially equivalent to the originally installed product in function and performance and be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty or thirty (30) days from the date of shipment of the replacement product, whichever period is greater. Purchasing any additional products from Energy Automation Systems, Inc. does not extend this warranty period. This warranty is not transferable.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Energy Automation Systems, Inc. (EASI) has made a diligent effort to provide accurate product descriptions in its technical and advertising literature. However, such descriptions are for the sole purpose of identification, and do not express or imply a warranty that the products are merchantable, or fit for a particular purpose, or that the products will necessarily conform to the illustrations or descriptions. The Limited Warranty stated above is the only warranty applicable to the product. All other warranties whether express or implied and including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. The laws in some jurisdictions, however, do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. If these laws apply, then all express and implied warranties are limited in duration to the three-year limited warranty period listed above; no warranties apply after that period. No oral or written information or advance given by Energy Automation Systems, Inc., its agents, assigns, distributors, or employees shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this Limited Warranty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. The liability of Energy Automation Systems, Inc. (EASI) in all events is limited to and shall not exceed the published manufacturer's suggested list product price.

PROMPT DISPOSITION

Energy Automation Systems, Inc. (EASI) will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustment with respect to any product which proves to be defective within the warranty period. Before returning any product, contact Energy Automation Systems, Inc. to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. All warranty returns must be in accordance with the following procedures:

Air conditioning and refrigeration system loads, especially during warmer months, can drastically increase electric energy consumption and operating costs. As these systems get older, they usually become less efficient as internal components wear and internal heat and pressure speed up system degradation. Maintenance becomes more common and costly as parts and even entire systems must be replaced. What can be done to make air conditioning and refrigeration systems more energy efficient and last longer?

Designed, by Frigi-Tech International, Inc., for use in refrigeration, air conditioning, and any hermetically sealed lubrication systems, Frigi-Tech gives new life to bearings, seals and compressor parts. Using Frigi-Tech is a quick, simple and cost effective way to lower the operating and maintenance costs of these systems resulting in increased cooling capacity, decreased electricity consumption, and reduced compressor noise.

By adding only 5% by volume mixture of Frigi-Tech with the compressor's refrigeration oil, energy costs can drop from 5% to 15% depending on the condition of the system. A system treated with Frigi-Tech can show an immediate, noticeable improvement.

Frigi-Tech uses five types of additives to improve a compressor's mechanical efficiency thereby reducing power consumption including: anti-wear additives, oxidation inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, surfactant agents, and conditioners.
