A montage of the number of years BITS has been in business

We started with the Smart Strip. Then we added EASI. Then we started traveling from coast to coast promoting our products, and in the process finding other amazing tools and gadgets that deserve to have a share of the spotlight. But now, we want you to tell us what's next.

This year, we are focusing our efforts on getting more involved with our customers. First of all, we have a brand new website! The new appearance is just part of it. Under the hood are a tremendous amount of changes happening; a better interface for our wholesale vendors, a better support suite for our technical questions and service tickets, an expanded product line, more organized media and resources, a forum, a planned rollout of a regular newsletter, and more.

One of the most important initiatives we're taking will be our customer surveys. We want to know how you use our products, what new things you'd like to see, and how we can make your purchases more useful to you.

Most of these changes are still under construction. But in the meantime, you can still use the contact form, call us, or email us the same as always. We look forward to hearing from you!
