7. On and Off Site Performance
Once you hire our services, EASI staff will begin the job of gathering data from your entire electrical system. Your electrical system will receive the highest degree of detailed attention during an EASI site survey, including:

• A suite of in-depth electrical testing on major loads and electrical panels
• Detailed visual inspection of your entire electrical distribution system
• Interviews with your staff
• Reviews of your billing history for usage and demand characteristics
• Gathering load by load equipment and lighting data from your entire facility
• Determining the effective load and run times of your lighting and equipment
• Widespread harmonics testing
• Evaluation of heating effects in your electrical system

8. Project Proposal
All of the information gathered by our field staff will be recorded into standard EASI forms and forwarded to the central EASI technical staff for conversion into a project design report. This proposal will include:

• A detailed report of your electrical bill costs
• Explanations on how those costs are created by different types of electrical loads
• A report on your overall connected electrical load by type of equipment
• A specific statement of the electrical work we are recommending be performed
• The financial costs and projected savings of hiring us to perform the work
• The secondary benefits of the work
