EASI provides you with a written statement of these conclusions, and guarantees
being able to move forward and meet the targeted numbers for percentage savings
and the length of time until payback will occur. We believe a guarantee of
results and a clear statement of just what results are to be expected must
always accompany a request for payment.
We will tell you:
• What we commit to being able to save you on your electric power costs
• What we commit to limiting our charges for performing the work to
• What we must charge you for the electrical work needed to create those
savings.
If you now hire us to move forward with the required electrical testing, distribution
system inspection, and site operations data gathering, we guarantee you that
we will meet or beat the stated performance numbers, or we will refund the
fee you pay for our work. We do not charge our clients for work that does not
meet mutually agreed upon performance expectations.
In addition to giving you guaranteed project targets for savings and costs,
we will give you a comprehensive report of our findings from the initial walk
through inspection and any additional investigative work we performed to derive
those numbers. In other words: we will tell you precisely what conditions we
identified in your building that led us to our conclusions.
