10 Steps to Savings

1. Initial Contact
We don't waste your time with an onslaught of sales hype. Actually, at this point, we have not looked at your building and have no real idea whether we can save you a dime on your electricity costs. We will provide you with as much or as little information about our company and our work as you require to determine if having an EASI representative evaluate your facilities is to your benefit.

There is no fee of any kind required at this stage, as our goal is merely to introduce our program, and to secure your permission to have the person who understands your facility's electrical system best guide one of our representatives through your building to perform the required electrical inspection.

2. Walk through Inspection of Facilities
A trained EASI field representative will meet with your designated guide and will perform a detailed walk through inspection of your company's electrical system and operations.
Our field representatives are highly trained by EASI in gathering the data our technical staff will need to accurately estimate the effectiveness we can have in lowering your electrical costs. They are typically not professional electricians or electrical engineers. The field representative will have a comprehensive set of questions regarding your:

• Electrical system
• Equipment operations
• Electrical billing issues and history
• Power quality challenges
• Electrical maintenance challenges

They will use this data to submit a comprehensive report to the EASI central staff for review.
Usually the data can be immediately keyed into a project estimation software application developed by EASI for generating accurate projections of savings and project costs. If we identify unusual electrical conditions or equipment that cannot be reliably evaluated from simple observation, it may be necessary to perform electrical tests in addition to the data gathered during the walk through inspection.
